All labor for golf club repair or alterations is billed at an hourly rate of $60/hr. We bill our work this way because there is no such thing as a normal club repair job. Just like remodeling your home, you never know what you have until you tear it apart. All prices listed below are estimates only based upon years of working on clubs. Prices may vary.
All parts associated with club alterations are charged out as a separate line item on your invoice. These prices are our costs for the items with little or no additional markup. Part prices are subject to change at any time based upon our last purchase price. All estimated prices are just that. Estimates based upon historical data.

The labor cost of reshafting a club is approximately $20 per club. Prices may vary based upon what is found doing the job and any additional work requested. This price does not include the shaft itself.
We stock a small amount of grips based upon our best sellers over time and also what I feel is the best grips for the money. Remember, if you play a lot of golf or hit a lot of range balls you should be changing your grips at least once a year. Given the current prices of many grips it can be an expensive purchase. Most of the grips we recommend are high quality but less expensive with this in mind. Many are stock grips that manufacturers use on new clubs. Below are just a few in stock grips. P

There are two processes to loft and lie. Checking Loft and Lie and Altering Loft and Lie. If you just want your loft and lies checked it is a fairly quick process. About 3 minutes per club. So you're looking at about $20. Looking up club manufacturers original specs are an additional charge. Changing loft and lie requires original specs then altering each club. Normally this will double the cost.
Just checking where your clubs are currently at. No additional work.
Checking current settings, finding original specs, altering to desired setting.
Generally swing weight alterations occur when reshafting clubs. Changing of a clubs swing weight is done by most often adding weight to the tip end of the shaft to increase the overall swing weight. So to do this the head of the club needs to be removed from the shaft, weight adjusted and the head installed again. This method is the best way but it is also expensive since it is mostly labor. Please contact me to discuss any possible changes to determine as estimated cost for the process.
Other possible ways to alter a clubs swing weight are to add weight under the grips or by adding lead tape to the head. You can also reduce the swing weight by drilling out a club head to remove material and lower the swing weight. However, I do not recommend this.
